I just got a pedometer a few days ago and now I'm obsessed with how many steps everything is. I went to the gym Saturday (haven't been there in months because I've been walking outside). I went way to town on the treadmill listening to my walkman and actually hurt my back. What kind of nerd hurts their back on a treadmill??? But I just had to get to 10,000 steps and decided that I could get there quicker at 4mph than 3mph. DOH! Also to get extra steps in I've been marching at my desk. I think my co-workers want to commit me:)I put on some good dance music and go to town. If I have to be here anyways I mine as well burn some calories right? My biggest fear is secretary ass. I don't need that shit.
